You may come try any of our classes listed in the schedule. All classes are drop in, therefore no reservation is required. If it’s your first time, make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the class so you have enough time to fill out the PARQ & YOU form ( a health questionnaire) to make sure you can start exercising right away. Our Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy latin and international beats. Our safe and fun routines follow an interval training format to help you build cardiovascular and muscular endurance while burning fat. Laura and Lina Barreto were the first Zumba instructors in Montreal back in 2007. They have developed a special format to Bamboofit’s Zumba classes to guarantee a high quality and high impact class. Laura trains all the Zumba instructors at Bamboofit.  You will sweat like never before with us!

Zumba Toning combines specific body-sculpting and cardio dance moves into a fun strength training class that will tone your body. Two or three pound weights are provided at the studio. If you are looking to tonify your body like never before, this class is certainly for you!

This class was designed to add variety to our Zumba Toning classes with high intensity intervals of dynamic core movements and with a rocking mat core workout.

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training which consists of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. In this super master class be ready to push your limits!

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The workout leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
